Because Vonni Ceramics pieces are handmade and often one of a kind, all sales are considered final.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Depending on the circumstances and availability, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds are not available for normal handmade variations in color, glaze, shape, texture, or finish, as these are part of the character of handmade ceramics.
